As long as it is used within our usage rules, we replace it in under 24 hours at no extra cost. The user requests it from their MirrorProfiles dashboard, with nothing required from your team. If a replacement takes longer, the user’s subscription is credited for the downtime.
No. MirrorProfiles provides dedicated LinkedIn accounts and the platform to manage them. It runs no automation: campaigns, sequences and sending volumes stay entirely in your tool, under your users’ control.
Yes. MirrorProfiles accounts come on top of the accounts your users already connect. They keep their own or their clients’ accounts and add MirrorProfiles accounts alongside them in your platform.
No. MirrorProfiles handles subscriptions, payments, invoices, renewals and cancellations directly with your users. You have no billing logic to develop or maintain.
No. Most partners add the integration, test it with one account, then roll it out to their users. Commercial terms can be discussed afterwards, and you have a dedicated technical contact throughout the integration.
That is a common setup and the integration adapts to it. The usual approach is to let users add the account even when no seat is free, then invite them to upgrade. Delayed activation and progressive syncing are also supported.
