Do not exceed 25 connection requests without a note per day. No matter which LinkedIn account you use, they all have a limit of 100 to 120 non-rated connection requests per week. By respecting this limit of 25 daily requests (without a note), you ensure maximum volume while keeping your account safe.
Profile visits are prohibited if you do not have Sales Navigator licenses on your MirrorProfiles accounts. This has no impact on your campaign statistics, as demonstrated by our study conducted on our portfolio accounts. If you absolutely wish to include profile visits, limit yourself to a maximum of 20 per day, even with Sales Navigator. For company pages, the limit is 50 per day and 15 LinkedIn searches.
You can go up to 40 with automation tools. But 20 will not reduce the speed of your campaigns. On Linkedin, you can only contact people in your 1st circle of contacts. That means an average acceptance rate of 40%. That’s 10 messages on your new connections and 10 follow-up messages per day. This keeps Linkedin a human tool.

American (US) Linkedin accounts only work if you’re prospecting people who are located in : North and South America / Middle East / Australia and Japan. And only in these regions!
European (EU) Linkedin accounts only work if you’re prospecting people who are located in: All European countries / Russia / Morocco and Algeria. And only these regions.
Customers who take out EU accounts to prospect in the US will not have their accounts replaced in the event of a ban. And if we find out, we can take them back without refund.
Since November 2024, we’ve noticed that Linkedin has been systematically asking for identity verification from all accounts wishing to post a job or to take out the Recruiter Lite license to post jobs. That’s why we strictly forbid you to do this with your MirrorProfiles accounts. Use them for outbound prospecting.
You should not exceed 2 Linkedin posts per week on your MirrorProfiles account. These same posts must have no more than 1 external link, otherwise Linkedin could categorize you as “Spam Content”. And ban your MirrorProfiles account.
Also, beware of AI comments. Don’t use this kind of tool, as it can be easily detected by Linkedin and also by users who can manually report your Linkedin account. So don’t use them. You can make up to 2 (manual) comments per day on 1 MirrorProfiles account.
Linkedin recently updated its policy on SalesNavigator licenses and dual authentication (June 1, 2025 to be precise).
As of June 17, 2025, our supplier seems to have found a solution, but errors may still occur. So you can take SalesNavigator with us (cost €60 per month). But we may need to deliver 2/3 Linkedin accounts, to test if SalesNav works, and you will keep 1 account at the end of the process. This process can take up to 72 hours. It remains totally forbidden to take SalesNavigator licenses on your side with our MirrorProfiles accounts, only our supplier is authorized.

If you use your LinkedIn MirrorProfiles account alongside an automation tool, your manual actions are added to those of the tool. So be careful not to exceed the recommended limits.
