If your conversion target is appointments, then this video is for you!
Whatever your account identity, choose the method that suits you best. Today we’re going to talk about booking appointments via your MirrorProfiles “Avatar” accounts.
Via a shared calendar
Nowadays, it’s easy to send a link to your calendar. There are over 450 online booking tools. To name but a few, you can use :
- Calendly
- Bookafy
- Timify
- Symplybook
- Hubspot
Once you’ve set up the tool, all you have to do is send the link to the interested party to suggest an appointment at a time that’s most convenient for them.
Via telephone
The telephone is a simple and effective method. In fact, via Piwaa or any other enrichment tool, you can retrieve the person’s direct line. You can also ask the person to give you their contact details so you can call them. The possibilities are endless.
Then all you have to do is simply explain that the account you’ve used is for prospecting and automation purposes only. In 99% of cases, the person understands and the conversation continues.
But what if the profile I'm using isn't the one that will be making the appointment?
No need to worry if the profile that contacted the prospect is not in your name. Just say that “Tristan De Bosta” (the name of the LinkedIn account in question) has sent you his contact details. Or maybe you’re the one who manages the subject in the company, so it was more appropriate for you to talk directly to each other.
What’s more, if you’re comfortable, you can tell them it was you behind the LinkedIn account they exchanged with.
In any case, the prospect will never mind, so you can continue the sales process on your behalf.
